Maca powder (Lepidium meyenii)
Maca is grown in the Peruvian Andes. Mainly in the departments of Junín and Cerro de Pasco of Peru at elevations above 3500 m and often reaching 4450 min the central Andes of Peru.
Maca harvesting takes place from June to August.
